• Designed, developed and maintained the Konsole Kingz website utilizing various web and graphic technologies and methodologies.
• Hired, directed and managed part-time employees and various external consultants—creative freelance web developers, retouch artists, photographers, motion graphic artists, graphic designers, stylists, make-up artists, video editors and camera operators (shooters)—to meet content deadlines based on production schedules, sales reports and creative goals.
• Designed and created the Konsole Kingz logo and other company marks.
• Facilitated the engagement between the gaming industry and Hip-Hop
  artists, and developed strategies that leverage their celebrity status,
  influence and media buzz to increase brand affinity for clients.
